Rob – you can actually disregard the signature section on the 1st page of the settlement statement as it is not required for this transaction. Only page 2 needs to be signed. Yes, I would suggest the COO signs this since he signed the deed.

Our TIN is 98-0549669.   The way this document looks at the bottom it does not look like it aligns with this configuration.  Am I missing something?
